We provide a full range of services for clients who are involved in collection disputes. We represent both those who are owed a debt (the Plaintiff), and those who are alleged to owe someone else a debt (the Defendant.)

Our Services to Plaintiffs

If the situation warrants, we will promptly prepare and file a lawsuit against the Debtor on your behalf. As your counsel, we will provide you with a full range of representation, from efforts to settle the matter or representing you in a trial. If you obtain a judgment against a Defendant, we can also help you in attempting to collect upon that judgment.

If such a settlement cannot be reached, we will represent you at trial to attempt to protect your interests.
